1. When we arrived hotel, we asked for the general terms, the manager not patiently at all to explain a bit and told us the breakfast would be during 8:30 to 9:45. But when my friend went to the breakfast at 9:20 in the morning, they told us we could not have breakfast, because we are late. They said we should make order before 9:15. It's too ridiculous, we were never informed about it at all, and no any information on Booked.net instruction, not in our room, not told us when we checked in. When I tried to ask the manager what is the reason for the strange rule, he even tried to quarrel with us, I have never experienced such bad service. The hotel is cheating the clients!!!!! 2. When we checked in, the manager also told us we should check out before 10am in the morning, because of the car parking, but there is also no instruction in Booked.net, if I know this item, I will not reserve it!!!!!! When we tried to bargain, the manager even say ' Get out!' I really don't believe this hotel is recommended in Booked.net!!
